STAR TREK: VOYAGER “FROLA GEGEN, VOTH COSTUME” FROM “DISTANT ORIGIN”
“Frola Gegen” (Nina Minton) was the daughter of the famed Voth scientist “Forra Gegen” (Henry Woronicz) and featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode, “Distant Origin” in which her father established the “Distant Origin Theory”. The theory claimed that the Voth were distant relations to species such as Humans however it contradicted Voth beliefs so Frola asked her father to drop the matter. The costume includes a teal long sleeved jumpsuit with ribbing and secondary fabric bands. A stylized hole is in the lower left sleeve. Worn under the jumpsuit is a two piece body suit to create the Voth body. The chest and back area have extensive padding with a foam bar down the chest. The bottoms have padding around the thighs. A long teal vest is worn over the jumpsuit with snaps at the neck. The vest has teal and gold fabric in a spiked pattern down the back and the front. A loose hanging belt loop is on the back. A teal and gold fabric belt with a matching hanging strip is also included. Costume comes complete with costume tag.
