The costume is two blue suede jackets, one cream colored tank top, one set of teal colored velour trousers, a blue suede belt with a holster, and a pair of blue tinted boots with blue leather trim. The costumer's tag reads ‘DS9 492 – “Shattered Mirror”, Dax, Terry Farrel’ and indicates the components, the garments features sewn in Deep Space Nine tags reading ‘Terry Farrel’.
