STAR TREK: ENT “PORTHOS BULLETIN BOARD”
This interesting piece is a bulletin board made for “Captain Archer's” (Scott Bakula) dog “Porthos” for the Star Trek: Enterprise series. It is uncertain whether this piece actually made it on screen however its charm is unmistakable! The metal frame has newspaper clips and scanned images of references to dogs and Star Trek. Quirky jokes are incorporated into the design including a picture of the original Enterprise with a caption on the bottom that reads “The Plans for a Better Dog House”. There is also a photo of “Stage 18”, presumably on the Paramount lot where Star Trek was filmed. Metal tags hold the pictures in place. Measures approx. 12 x 12 inches.
