STAR TREK VI: “ADMIRAL CARTWRIGHT” COSTUME LOT
A costume featured in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, and Star Trek: VI: The Undiscovered Country for wear by Brock Peters in his portrayal of “Admiral Cartwright”. The costume is black Starfleet officer's uniform trousers with a red division stripe down the outside seams of the legs and a sewn in Western Costume Co. tag inscribed ‘Brock Peters’ as well as a Star Trek VII tag indicating use in that feature; a pair of white command division long sleeved shirts with ribbed collars and sleeve cuffs, both with sewn in Paramount tags reading ‘Brock Peters’; and a maroon officer’s jacket with black piping, belt loops, and a cream colored interior lining in the double breast inside, bordered by chain accent in between black snaps. The jacket exhibits minor distress due to some scorch marks on the left breast and sleeve, due possibly to the use of special effects sparks on set and features no tag. The costume also comes with a black leather belt with attached gold colored metal Starfleet emblem buckle, an unattached command white colored division strip with an affixed Starfleet commendation bar, a 5 year service pin, and a 10 year service pin, all made from gold colored metal, and an unattached command white division shoulder strap with a silver colored plastic ‘security device’, a flag officer’s sleeve accent with four fabric accents indicating the wearer to be a ‘fleet admiral’; two metal badges, one large and affixed to a red placement for the sleeve, the other for attaching to the shoulder division strip, both depicting a silver colored star centered in four gold chevrons with gold leaves ringing them, both indicating the wearer to be ‘admiral of the fleet’; and four campaign ribbons, two of which appear to in this configuration on the uniform.
