STAR TREK: ENT “ALIEN FOREMAN” FROM “THE XINDI”
This impressive costume was made for use by the “Alien Foreman” (Stephen McHattie) in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “The Xindi”. The foreman ran a trillium mine and had to use an inhaler to breath since his lungs were destroyed by the toxic fumes from the mines. “Captain Archer” (Scott Bakula) was searching for a Xindi believed to be in the mine however the foreman refused without half a liter of platinum in return. His costume includes a sleeveless jumpsuit made of brown leather and fur with a fabric top section and an attached fur dickie. Parts of the leather are dyed blue. The collar has two straps with buckles to go around the neck. The jacket is made of ribbed fur and leather also with parts of the leather dyed blue. Attached to the jacket are leather straps and buckles. Three metal bottles painted to match the rest of the costume are on the front with tubes that connect with a faux valve. The valve has a tube that connects to a faux breathing mask and monocle. The breathing apparatus attaches the jacket with snaps on the shoulders. The costume is complete with a leather belt and corresponding fingerless gloves. Costume comes complete with costume tag.
