| A costume featured in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes like “Sons of Mogh” and “Bar Association” for wear by Terry Farrel in her portrayal of “Jadzia Dax”. The costume appears during a scene in which Dax realizes that “Worf” (Michael Dorn) is about to perform a suicide ritual with his dishonored brother “Kurn” (Tony Todd). The costume is a black martial arts outfit in two pieces comprised of black trousers with a matching long sleeved top and a gray stripe down the right collar half with grey cuffs. The top has an asymmetrical snap front and an internal waist tie. Both garments feature sewn in Deep Space Nine tags reading ‘Terry Farrel' and the costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9 #487, Dax, Terry Farrel, Klingon Gi outfit + stunt double’.
