STAR TREK: PHASE II “NURSE CHAPEL” UNFINISHED UNIFORM TOP”
An unfinished blue polyester double-knit asymmetrical sunburst pattern dress believed to have been made for Star Trek: Phase II for wear by Majel Barrett in her portrayal of “Nurse Chapel”. The dress has a large open unfinished collar, long sleeves, white thread lines, un-hemmed sleeve cuffs and a zip front. A costumer's tag reads ‘Majel Barrett’.
