STAR TREK: TNG/ENT “YRIDIAN COSTUME” – JAMES CROMWELL
A Yridian costume featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Birthright: Parts I and II” for wear by veteran Trek actor James Cromwell and the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Twilight”. In both instances the character was Yridian. The costume is comprised of tan vinyl trousers with interior lining and a quilted appearance, a synthetic gray knit sweater and a crumpled texture leather jacket, a pair of leather boots with attached leather strapping accompany, they attach to the legs via Velcro placements. The whole costume is distressed to appear ‘dirty' and used. The sewn in Star Trek TNG tags read ‘Jamie Cromwell’ and the sewn in Enterprise tag reads ‘Brett Rickaby “Lek”’, one of the only instances in which the character name has been penned into the tag. The costume also comes with a Yridian face mask believed to have been featured in “Birthright”, it has incredible detail and is in excellent condition, the ears are extremely lifelike, the neck to shoulder makeup is sturdy and strong, and it even includes the familiar long forefingers applications. The costumer’s tag reads ‘#243 TNG “Birthright Pt II” Joglom Shrek James Cromwell’.
