This item is called the neural truncheon, it sends a paralyzing shock to the body and can cause short term brain damage with too much use; it is yellowish-gold, molded rubber in the general shape of a handheld cattle prod featuring black, textured accents along what would be the handle, black and red graphical applications, a roughly hexagonal end piece, contact that resembles a crescent wrench, and a molded, specially made holster. The item has moderate wear due to time and storage.and measures approx. 21.5 X 3 circular inches. | |||
