STAR TREK: VOY/TNG “NEVALA/ROMULAN UNIFORM AND COSTUME LOT” FROM “MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE”
A lot of costume items featured in various episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation or the Voyager episode “Message in a Bottle”; wherein “The Doctor’s” (Robert Picardo) is sent to the Alpha Quadrant via a Hirogen communications relay and works with an EMH Mark II to rid an experimental Starfleet ship from Romulan interlopers. This costume is for wear by Natalie Wildman in the role of a Romulan second in command of the squad that had captured to prototype “USS Prometheus”, “Nevala”, a military uniform including a long-sleeved, black, tunic-style jacket featuring a slightly reflective, silver-gray waffle board pattern designated into quilted squares; a matching dickie, a dark-gray, resin cast badge of the Romulan Star Empire on the right wrist, reflective silver short trousers, gray, overall-style short trousers, black, textured, overall-style leggings, three pair of black and reflective silver-colored arm warmers, and a Romulan-style wig. Also included is a black, rubber, harness/belt and disruptor holster featuring raised, rubber studs along the surface of both and a resin badge of the Romulan “Bird of Prey” sigil; a second very similar belt/harness with a silver/pewter sheen and no holster. Sewn in tags on the jacket read ‘Voyager, Valerie Wildman’ and ‘Deep Space Nine, Marilyn Blizzard’
