A prop computer console appearing variously in Star Trek episodic television. The item is a vacuum formed plastic terminal with a pair of smoked acrylic ‘display screens’ that feature graphical applications which can be backlit to reveal their ‘readouts’. The item is powered by a single Makita brand name 9.6volt battery though currently the internal light source does not function due to time and storage conditions. An activator button is present on the reverse of the item. On the right, the graphics on the LCARS style display depicts it as ‘Systems Status’ with multiple numeric values in various colors, the one on the left depicts ‘Emergency Override’ and ‘Patient Status’. The exterior of the item features a Starfleet inventory application made from metallic silver adhesive depicting a blue medical cadesus and inscribed ‘Diagnostic Sensor Array’ with informative techno-babble on ‘operating’ the equipment. The item measures approx. 14 X 9 X 6 inches. | |||
