STAR TREK: VOYAGER “OBSOLETE ALIEN IMPULSE ENGINE COMPONENT” FROM “RENAISSANCE MAN”
A metal hand prop featured in the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Renaissance Man” for use by “Nar” (Andy Miller), an alien who hoped to make his career out of repairing obsolete engine components. The item was later used to club his superior in the back of the head while he struggled with “The Doctor” (Robert Picardo). The item is made from silver colored metal with asymmetrical handles on both sides, and several light up features. The item lights in its central tube to shine purple and in the ‘cap’ where it flashes several colored in sequence, both are activated by separate gold colored metal buttons. The purple light is powered by eight AA sized 1.5volt batteries (not included) and the flashing light at the top is powered three A23 sized 12.0volt batteries (included). The item also features a curved metal piece that is attached by magnets and is adorned by a Star Trek: Enterprise era graphical application that has been damaged to the point of blurring by liquid. The item measures approx. 15.5 X 5 X 2.25 inches.
