STAR TREK I: “SAN FRANCISCO TRAM STATION - MEGARITE COSTUME”
A Megarite alien costume featured in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture and likely in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home and Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. The item is a large back robe with long sleeves adorned by oversized bracelets, collar and chest decorations, and a hood. The costume accents are made to appear as though they are composed of geologic material, some of it is jade colored and believed to be plastic. Fingerless gloves accompany the item, the sleeve cuffs are made with Velcro placements to fit around the wrists, a large zipper runs up the spine, and the hood features a long tail down the back.
