STAR TREK: “24th CENTURY STARFLEET CIRCUITRY DISPLAY”
A self-contained backlight source with a circuitry display graphic created for Star Trek future films or episodic television. The item is made from molded resin and vacuum formed elements with a translucent ‘display screen’ that depicts a circuitry system close up when plugged into standard American power using a type-B three prong plug. The display appears best when viewing straight on as the item is separated from the screen by a honeycomb system internally. Two sturdy carry handles are mounted on either side of the item, everything but the display screen is painted metallic silver. The item also features an offset screen with LCARS style (Library Computer Access and Retrieval System) faux buttons that lights up when plugged in. The item measures approx. 44.5 X 18.5 X 4 inches. A degree of scratching in the paint on the reverse and minor chipping on the edges is visible.
