The item is a clear glass bottle with a black plastic covered cork that is not for removal, with patterns around the exterior of the glass. Two sides of the item are adorned with graphical applications, one bearing the logo of the Triskelions who appeared in the Star Trek: Original Series episode “The Gamesters of Triskelion”.
