Used by William Shatner in the climactic final scenes of the film, when he blasts the Klingon guarding Saavick and the young Spock on the planet's surface. Comes with a Planet Hollywood certificate of authenticity stating that this Phaser is originally from the collection of Academy Award-nominated visual effects specialist Greg Jein.
