| A costume featured in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture for wear by William Shatner in his portrayal of “Admiral Kirk” during the scene in which he reels “Spock” (Leonard Nimoy) back into the “USS Enterprise” following the mindmeld with V'Ger. The costume is an early feature films era extra-vehicular spacesuit comprised of a tan and brown jumpsuit with multiples ribbed elements, molded plastic accents to suggest technology, with gloves and gaiters that attach via clasps, and two separate EV packs, both inscribed internally ‘Shatner’ or ‘Kirk’. The EV packs are two piece elements, the first is connected at the shoulders and features molded foam ‘seals’ and untested internal electronics presumably made to power external lighting. The second piece is one seen in Star Trek I: The Motion Picture, a molded plastic frame with shoulder and waist insets for screw in bracings which are not present, believed to have been repainted orange and brown for use in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, with an added grip at the collar (remember “Khan” (Ricardo Montalban) lifting “Chekov” (Walter Koenig) off the deck?), and internal untested electronics, and sturdy shoulder straps. While it is clear that “Kirk” wore only one space suit in the feature films, there are two EV packs offered in this auction. The interior of the jumpsuit has been inscribed ‘W. Shatner’ as have the gloves. | |||

One has been added to complete the costume but was not necessarily La Forge’s. There is a zip up the back and a small Velcro patch on the left breast for a Combadge (not included) to attach. The corresponding trousers are black. Costume comes complete with costume tag. Around the waist is a silver vinyl belt with black trim and two gold painted resin Starfleet buckles featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Yesterday’s Enterprise”. The larger buckle is not original to the belt but is added to complete it. The Velcro is missing from the belt to hold the larger buckle in place. There are two snaps on the left side for a phaser holster (not available) to attach. Written with mark pen on the inside of the belt it reads “Le Var”. Also included is a foam phaser and holster not original to the costume, molded as one piece with two metal hooks on the back for it to attach to a belt. | “Kira Nerys” (Nana Visitor) was a Bajoran female who was a Colonel in the Bajoran Militia and later a Bajoran liaison officer on Deep Space Nine. This is her Springball costume made for wear in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “For the Cause” in which she was shown winning a Springball game. The costume includes an emerald green jumpsuit with quilted padding down the side of each leg. The torso and sleeves are quilted dark teal with metallic copper color trim and there is a zip up the front. Also included is a black face mask with dulled metallic copper color strips attached to the front. The clasp on the left side is broken but still allows the back head support to be attached. Costume comes complete with costume tag. | |||

| The “Trill” are a humanoid species from the planet Trill, similar in appearance to humans however they have two rows of spots going down each side of their bodies from their heads to their toes. This Trill costume is from the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Equilibrium” and includes a long mauve tunic with mauve and teal patterned arms and torso. There is teal piping around the chest and a zip up the front. There are also small splits up each side for decoration. The matching mauve trousers come with black suspenders. | “Nog” (Aron Eisenberg) was the Ferengi son of “Rom” (Max Grodénchik) on Star Trek: Deep Space 9. He has the acclaimed position as the first Ferengi to serve in Starfleet after receiving endorsement from “Commander Sisko” (Avery Brooks). This is his Starfleet cadet uniform made for wear in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Facets” in which he passed the tests necessary to join the Starfleet Academy. The jumpsuit is gray spandex with Cadet maroon shoulders. There are deep pockets on each side, a zip up the back and a Velcro patch for a combadge (sold separately) to attach at the front. A thin gray belt is included as well as a maroon Ferengi head wrap. Also included are black boots painted gray. Costume comes complete with costume tag. | |||

| A suit and camel coat made for wear by “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Far from the Stars” in which Sisko experienced a vision from the Prophets that made him see himself as Benny Russell; a 1950s sci-fi writer. The pure wool suit includes a brown jacket with a single button faster, two faux pockets on each side and a real pocket on the left breast. It comes with corresponding trousers. The sewn in tags read “Deep Space Nine – Avery”. Secondary sewn in tags indicate the suit was also reused during the Star Trek: Enterprise series. The camel coat is full length with brown buttons. Coat comes complete with costume tag that lists the episode by its working title “Cold and Distant Stars”. | |||

| This desert costume was made for wear by “Commander Sisko” (Avery Brooks) in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Shadows and Symbols” in which he went to the desert planet Tyree on his search for the mystifying “Orb of Emissary”. The costume includes a cotton robe with a hood, vent in the back, Command red trim around the chest and cuffs and a Velcro patch for a combadge (not included) to attach. There is a short sleeve t-shirt that has a command red stripe around the chest. The accompanying trousers are also tan. The costume is complete with Reebok shoes that have been modified to match the rest of the costume. Costume comes complete with costume tags. | |||

| “Jake Sisko” (Cirroc Lofton) was the son of the famous Starfleet Captain, Benjamin Sisko who commanded the space station Deep Space Nine during the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series. Unlike his father, Jake became a writer rather than entering Starfleet. This costume lot was made for wear by Jake on the show. It includes two brown tops with red and brown patterned shoulders and sleeves. There is red trim added for detail. A single pair of brown trousers is also included.
