A pair of masks featured in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home during scenes taking place at the top of the movie and the end involving the Federation Security Council. The masks are sturdy flesh tone painted rubber with large, realistic, highly detailed eyes inset with no outward viewing holes for the wearer. The items also feature styled hair, pointed ears, adhered eyelashes, and pounded brass colored metal jewelry with adhered inset ‘gems’. The masks are bereft of their associative costumes yet are in remarkably good condition after twenty plus years of time and storage conditions. The masks both feature slits up the back for wear. The ‘headband’ jewelry for the bi-hawked Arcadian mask features a circular ‘gem’ for the nape of the neck where it rests around the mask that has lost its adhesive quality and is separate of the item. |

A costume created for Star Trek feature films to represent a ‘Betelgeusian’. The costume is a lavish, shiny gold colored robe with long kimono style sleeves, and two sets of jewelry necklaces. The necklaces are made from what appears to be a light molded metal, painted to appear varying shades of metal, and are laced together by black nylon. They represent a pair of large felines with elongated paws that are meant to be mounted on the shoulders, a set of heraldic birds, and a cat-like face medallion, all oversized and seemingly meant to be sewn onto a black tabard that is no longer present. The robe features snaps and buttons for the tabard. Two sets of the jewelry are present, one is intact. The costume also comes with three rubber masks painted to appear as alien flesh in hues of blue and red. One mask is full and ready for display, the other two have been flattened and pressed during their time in storage, though all three are not in perfect condition, one maintains its aesthetic quality. |

STAR TREK: FEATURE STYLE “ANDORIAN COSTUMES WITH SPECIAL EFFECTS APPLICATIONS A pair of Andorian robes, props, and a lot of special effects applications created for Star Trek feature films including Star Trek I: The Motion Picture. The robes are a set of white gowns with accented shoulders for a ruffled appearance, the fabric is died blue in geometric circular shapes, snaps and clasps are stitched in for missing jewelry items, and the collars are oversized. Two sets of cloven toed shoes and a pair of similarly styled boots made from blue micro-suede are present for a differing style of costume with a matching belt for one of them. A label inside one of the pairs reads ‘Andorian Boot’, and the lot comes with a molded metal prop. The prop is believed to be a ceremonial item, an metallic copper colored item; a geode slice disk is fitted into a circular center and bordered by an asymmetrical pair of decorations. The item is molded to have raised features surrounded by an inset. Matching blue micro-suede loops are present as it was intended to be fastened to a belt and worn by a character. The item measures approx. 17.25 X 1.5 inches. Finally, five special effects foreheads are present which were applied to actors to portray the aliens, painted flesh tone in the trademark Andorian blue, these items represent a time when the species was perceived differently that the originals in the televised episodes due to their antennae of which only three are present. These items were a shock to locate and in amazing condition after almost thirty years of storage. The edges have flaked and cracked, yet the items retain their flexibility, pliability, and are a testament to their creators. | |||

The items are a polished stone hair accent surrounded by gold colored metal working with tines on the reverse for hair placement, and a blue-gray suede belt with similar polished stone placements all the way around it. The items were located together, separately of the costumes. The item measures approx. 17.25 X 1.5 inches. STAR TREK VI: “AZETBUR – KLINGON HIGH CHANCELLOR – MOURNING COSTUME” | |||
A lot of Klingon costume elements featured in Star Trek VI: Th eUndiscoverd Country for wear by Rosanna DeSoto in her portrayal of “Azetbur”, and other Klingon related elements for wear by the Klingon Judge (Robert Easton). The lot consists of Azetburs’ mourning cloak appearing in the scene during which the Klingon war council attempts to convince her to take vengeance on the Federation by launching a strike. The cloak is a light, black cape with molded foam Klingon iconographic lettering affixed to its front, this item comes with a costumer’s tag reading ‘Star Trek VI, Rosanna De Soto, Azetbur, Mourning cape, Chg. #2 Sc. 66-68’. The lot further consists of her two red colored collars made for the character, one features indentations and holes remaining where a metal badge was previously affixed, this item features a costumer’s tag reading ‘Star Trek VI, Rosanna DeSoto as Azetbur, Boots, All Changes #1 pair’ though no boots are present. A black leather belt is present with a buckle that is made from molded metal painted black, silver, and gold and comes with a costumer’s tag reading ‘Azetbur, Belt Buckle, Cloack Chain mold’. The mold is also present, a set of metallic silver elements adhered to a clear acrylic block, two of the elements have come loose. Furthermore, a set of bracelets are present appearing in scenes taking place on “Kronos One” during the death of Azetbur’s father. The bracelets are dulled silver colored metal coils cut to appear geometric with shaped holes and raised sections, and etched for more dimension. Three additional Azetbur related items were located with the costume, an additional metallic fabric silver collar, a wire mesh skull cap, and a fashioned, dulled silver colored metal tiara made in the style of the bracelets located with a costumer’s tag reading ‘Star Trek VI, Azetbur, not used’. The Klingon judge pieces are a black sleeveless shirt with a black hood that features a foal filled arch adorned with silver colored foam rubber Klingon iconographic lettering. A second unattached arch is also present, a shaped leather belt with a keeper, and a costumer’s tag that reads ‘Klingon Judge, Hood + decoration, cape-CTG, Robert Easton’. |

STAR TREK IX: INSURRECTION “QUARK ON BAK'U – BEACH WEAR” | |||
A costume created to appear in Star Trek IX: Insurrection by Armin Shimerman in a role as “Quark”, more frequently known as the Ferengi barkeeper on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The costume is form fitting ‘Ferengi’ beach wear for a scene with very little evidence of having been shot. The costume is a multi-colored, tie-dyed pattern one piece swim wear with short sleeves and short trunk legs with cut outs at the ribs and zips up the spine. The costumer’s tag located with the item reads ‘DS9 Quark, Armin Shimerman, Beach Wear?’. The costume also comes with matching flip-flops. A pair of amazing Klingon costume bracelets created for Star Trek feature films or episodic television. The items are black leather with size adjusting Velcro placements and sewn on metal embellishments. One features an affixed costume icon like those appearing on uniform sleeves with a molded metal iconographic phrase with each letter painted a differing shade of metallic metal. The other features a grid work bade with a molded metal silver colored Klingon bird of prey ship in profile and a pair of flairs, one gold and the other silver colored with iconographic lettering molded in.
