STAR TREK: DS9 “KRESSARIAN/ALBINO GUARD ALIEN COSTUME LOT” FROM “THE CIRCLE” AND “BLOODOATH” | |||
A lot of two costumes featured in various episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. The first costume is from the episode “The Circle” and is that of the Kressari captain supplying “The Circle” with its weapons and consists of long-sleeved, ribbed, green-velvet jacket with textured, vertical stripes and dark green felt sections; a V-neck, zip up the back, and an acrylic accent on the left sleeve featuring multiple, opaque, geometric layers on the left sleeve. Included are matching green trousers and an olive-green leather harness that is worn over the top and snaps together. The jacket has a sewn in Star Trek: TNG tag that was either left blank or the name has faded; the trousers have the same but with a name written in illegible yellow, highlighter, a costumer’s tag that reads ‘422 DS9 The Circle, Ze’fna, Mike Genovese’, and a second tag that merely says “Kressarian, John Bennett”. The second costume is from the episode “Blood Oath” and is one of the guards of “The Albino” (Bill Bolender); a long-sleeved, full-length gray, reflective jumpsuit featuring several different forms of pleating, dark blue sections of spandex-like material, matching gray piping, and a black leather belt with similar gray pleating. Multiple sewn in Deep Space Nine tags denote wear by different actors and a costumer’s tag reads ‘439 DS9 Bloodoath, Guard #3, Bob Bralver’, which could correspond to one of the sewn in tags in that it appears to read “Bob Brave”. |

The exterior coat is a green quilted nylon fabric in a diamond pattern featuring the same rubber material on the arms; the hood, and around the pockets are lined with faux fur. It has Velcro/zipper closure up the front, further Velcro cuff adjustment on the wrists, a patch of the ‘United Earth Space Probe Agency’ motto of “Ad Astra Per Aspera” on the left shoulder, and matching dark-gray, “North Face” brand hiking boots with special effects “snow” still in the treads. The shirt and jumpsuit both have sewn in Enterprise tags reading ‘Vaughn Armstrong #49’, a label in the boots that reads ‘Vaughn A.’, but a sewn in tag in the outer coat denotes wear by veteran stunt man ‘Vince Deadrick’. |
