A Borg alcove mannequin created for Star Trek VIII: First Contact for use as fillers for background performers. The item is molded foam rubber with an internal PVC frame, painted black, metallic silver, and copper with other painted accents. The head is painted a lifelike pale flesh tone to create the appearance of a humanoid with severe blood loss. The item features multiple working multi-colored light bulbs that flash sequentially at the torso and around the neckline. The electronics are powered by a single rechargeable Makita name brand 9.6volt battery. The battery is fastened to the body with a mounted housing and the electronics are applied to the spine by way of black adhesive. The techno-arm on the right side is molded into the arm. The paint around the back of the mannequin shows signs of deterioration. Generally a visible degree of flaking occurred leaving portions of the yellow foam rubber materiel apparent. The right foot front of the mannequin is removed exposing the PVC framework inside. The item measures approx. 28 X 72 X 11 inches. Sealed inside its custom made wooden crate the item measures approx. 32 X 17 X 80 inches. A starship model created for the pilot episode television series “The Osiris Chronicles” or “Warlord: Battle for the Galaxy” as it was known in some markets. The item is the model of the “Daedalus”, an intergalactic battle cruiser commanded by a planetary warlord who, though antagonistic through much of the series pilot episode, eventually joins forces with the protagonists following the climax. The ship is over four feet long and contains intricate internal wiring for untested lights. The cannon mounts on the dorsal side are removable as are several other components, but replaced by way of magnets. A motion control rod mount is positioned at the center axis point of balance before the thruster assembly in the center fuselage, it features a removable magnetic cover. The model is painted realistically with multiple points of hand painted ‘battle damage’ like weapon hits and scoring. The item features a general coloration of light gray with raised and painted plating details. Twelve powerful-looking forward mounted cannons a positioned symmetrically around the model with multiple raised accents and metallic painted details. The model represents not only a little known sci-fi television show, but the last of an era of handmade craftsmanship. The designs are dated ‘10/11/01’ and are listed as ‘3rd Revision’. The stage plans depicted reveal the location and layout of the “Enterprise-E” engineering set including the warp core, the position of ‘B9’s body’ and ‘head’, ‘Data’s quarters’, ‘Sickbay’ and the ‘Crew Lounge’ with corridors. The second layout includes a very detailed ‘Bridge’ floor plan with ‘Ready Room’ and Turbolifts, ‘Int. Enterprise lower decks’, and ‘Observation Lounge’. The floor plans detail the outer walls of the soundstages, the locations of electrical boxes and doors, and that the entire set would be walled off by a curtain of black fabric or starfield. |

STAR TREK VIII “PHOENIX COMPLEX BUTTON BOARD CONSOLE” | |||
A piece of set dressing believed to have been featured in the eighth Star Trek feature film “First Contact”. This item is believed to be part of the launch control used in the launching of the “Phoenix”, it consists of a wooden frame with an off white button board screwed on to it featuring black, functional buttons with white faces and numerical values counting from 1 to 16; there are small rectangular holes in the surface of the board where in indicators that reads ‘Zone A-D’ are listed above a set of the buttons. On the underside, the buttons are connected to wiring with an unknown purpose. The item measures approx. 7 X 22 X 2.5 inches. |

A lot of two plastic pina colada glasses appearing in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Extreme Measures”. The items appeared as set dressing on the table in the wardroom set during the retirement ceremony for Section 31’s “Luther Sloane” (William Sadler). The items are translucent blue plastic with orange stem adornments and opaque bases attached by a stem. The items measure approx. 6.75 X 4.75 inches diameter. |

STAR TREK IX: INSURRECTION “STARFLEET RATIONS PACKS” | |||
A lot of Starfleet ration packs like those appearing in Star Trek IX: Insurrection. The items are a plastic water bottle and a molded resin flip-top box, both painted metallic silver with adhered Starfleet themed graphical applications applied to them and multiple metallic silver and gold adhesive accents and details. The water bottle features a flip top lid and is believed to be functional, the box features a flip top lid and a catch with an unfinished interior that depicts the resin molding process. The underside of the ration pack features a Starfleet inventory application reading ‘Emergency Use Only 67-517’ with realistic and humorous use instructions. The items measure approx. 7 X 5 X 2.75 inches and 8.5 X 3.5 inches diameter. Items like this appeared in the scene preceding the transporter tag drones arrival in the mountains while they were being dispensed to “Dr. Crusher” (Gates McFadden) and “Councilor Troi” (Marina Sirtis) by “Data” (Brent Spiner). |
