The items are molded resin ‘bones’ painted metallic silver with black adhesive detail lining for a ‘constructed’ appearance. Present in the lot are one or more, whole or partial arms, legs, pelvis, shoulders, a single rib and a dark-gray, foam fragment of a Borg spine. The items are distressed to appear ‘torn apart’ or that the flesh was melted off of them. The largest item measures approx. 18 X 2.5 inches and the smallest approx. 6.5 X 4 inches. |

A console piece featured in multiple episodes of Star Trek: Voyager as a Borg upgrade to the warp core of the “U.S.S. Voyager”. The item is fashioned wood painted metallic bronze with a section of vacuum formed plastic in the base meant to represent hardware. The item features a smoked acrylic panel acting as a ‘display screen’ that features a Borg themed graphical application applied to the reverse best viewed when back lit by the internal light source. The item is powered by standard 110volt American electricity on a Type-A two pronged plug and measures approx. 16 X 21 X 13. The item retains visible adhesive tape used prior to the auction to keep the acrylic ‘display’ from falling out during movement. Four Phillips name brand F6T5/CW style fluorescent light bulbs are necessary for back lighting the item are not included in shipping. |

STAR TREK: TNG “Q as BORG” / “CROSIS – STUNT” FROM “DESCENT” | |||
A Borg drone costume used during stunts as the character “Crosis” featured in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes “Descent, Parts I and II” and worn by John deLancie in his portrayal of “Q” as a Borg drone in the Simon and Schuster video game “Star Trek: Borg”. The costume is a full length form fitting black thermal body suit with a zip up the spine with multiples molded rubber and plastic exo-armor elements. The armor pieces consist of thigh and calf pieces, a torso front and back, a chest and shoulders front and back, bicep pieces, a right arm forearm piece and two gloves with stitched in rubber techno-coverings. The pieces all feature molded rubber made painted accents to suggest hardware and many are paired with plastic tube coverings in coils. The footwear is a departure from typical drone costume in that they are heavily altered running shoes labeled internally ‘John deLancie’. The armor pieces are all labeled ‘John deLancie’ and ‘Stunt Crosis’ with further inscribed names including (Tom) ‘T. Morga’ and (Gary) ‘Hunter’. In the thermal jumpsuit a sewn in TNG tag reads ‘Mr. M. R. Burke’ who portrayed “Goval” in “Descent, Part II” and a canvass belt for the thigh pieces features a sewn on TNG tag that reads ‘Morga’ and ‘Hunter’. |

This costume is for wear by Ivar Brogger as the Romulan former Borg “Orum” and consists of a half-sleeve, knee-length, dark-green jacket featuring a matching, mid-riff vest, belt, and overall-style trousers. The left arm has a moderate amount of fading due to time and storage. A sewn in Voyager tag in both items reads ‘Ivar Brogger’ and two costumer’s tags reiterate this. |

STAR TREK VIII: “BORG ALCOVE MANNEQUIN” | |||
A Borg alcove mannequin created for Star Trek VIII: First Contact for use as fillers for background performers. The item is molded foam rubber with an internal PVC frame, painted black, metallic silver, and copper with other painted accents. The head is painted a lifelike pale flesh tone to create the appearance of a humanoid with severe blood loss. The item features multiple working multi-colored light bulbs that flash sequentially at the torso and around the neckline. The electronics are powered by a single rechargeable Makita name brand 9.6volt battery. The battery is fastened to the body with a mounted housing and the electronics are applied to the spine by way of black adhesive. The techno-arm on the right side is molded into the arm. The paint around the back of the mannequin shows signs of deterioration. Generally a visible degree of flaking occurred leaving portions of the yellow foam rubber materiel apparent. The right foot front of the mannequin is removed exposing the PVC framework inside. The item measures approx. 28 X 72 X 11 inches. Sealed inside its custom made wooden crate the item measures approx. 32 X 17 X 80 inches. Check out page 239 of “Star Trek: The Next Generation; The Continuing Mission, A Tenth Anniversary Tribute” by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stephens for a look at some of the mannequins in use. Get one for your already existing Borg Alcove or prop one up in your quarters to menace visitors! |

Two original drawings made by make-up artist Michael Westmore as he worked on the concept for the head of the female Borg Seven of Nine who was played by Jeri Ryan and who debuted at the start of Season 4 in in the episode #69 Scorpion, Part 2. Westmore wrote at the bottom: "Concept: Cover most of bald head. Small hole side of neck" and initialed "MSW". The second drawing focuses on how Seven of Nine's eyes will appear: the base color for the iris, the rim, the veins in the eye, etc. A color swatch for the color of the iris, Pantone #644U" is taped to the sketch. At lower right: "Female Borg Star Trek M Westmore…". Personal property of Michael Westmore. |
