A costume featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Change of Heart”; wherein “Commander Worf” (Michael Dorn) must choose between the successful completion of his mission or the life of his wife on the Dominion occupied world of Soukara. This costume is what “Jadzia Dax” (Terry Farrell) is wearing when she is shot with the anti-coagulant disruptor and begins to slowly bleed to death, it is a sleeveless, blue-gray uniform undershirt sewn onto black trousers with loops for away team gear. On the lower-right abdomen there is a ‘phaser burn’ consisting of a large, charred, hole with special effects blood on the inside to give the effect that it is a bleeding, open wound. The item has a sewn in Deep Space Nine tag that reads ‘Terry Farrell’, a second DS9 tag that reads ‘Dax C’, and a costumer’s tag that reads ‘DS9, Dax, Terry Farrell’.
