An item believed to be a prop Cardassian knife. The item is made from molded resin painted metallic bronze with gold colored accents. The item is vaguely ‘L’ shaped and features a practical (working) knife blade that is in fact quite sharp and serrated. The item depicts evidence of repair, one red colored accent is missing. The item measures approx. 6 X 4 X 0.5 inches and a computer rendering of the item can be seen on page 72 of the Midsummer Books Ltd. Publication ‘Star Trek The Magazine’ issue 7, November 1999.
