STAR TREK: DS9 “HOOBISHAN BATHS TRILL MAN SWIMSUIT” FROM “THE WAY OF THE WARRIOR”

This costume was featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Way of the Warrior”; wherein the Klingons send a fleet to help “protect” the Alpha Quadrant from the Dominion and “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) brings “Lieutenant Commander Worf” off of leave to ascertain the Klingons' real plans. This item is one of the swimsuits the holographic Trill men wore for the “Hoobishan Baths” simulation that “Jadzia Dax” (Terry Farrell) ran with “Major Kira” (Nana Visitor) in the holosuites; it is a hand-painted, swimsuit featuring several multi-colored abstract patterns, straps along the sides connected by gold-colored metal rings. A sewn in Voyager tag reads ‘David Polk’ denoting reuse in the episode "Inside Man" and a costumer’s tag reads ‘DS9 Way of the Warrior, Trill Boys, hand painted briefs’.
