The item is in actuality a bicycle tire pump made from injection molded plastic parts and features a telescoping plastic pump action. The tire connection is covered by a rubber screw cap that has been altered to include a translucent gel dome. The item is also adorned with a variety of adhesive details and accents. The item measures approx. 7.5 X 1.5 X 1.25 inches.
