STAR TREK: DS9 “SISKO'S CREOLE KITCHEN MENU” FROM “HOMEFRONT”

A prop PADD (Personal Access Display Device) featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Homefront”. The item is a piece of shaped clear acrylic with blue silk-screened faux buttons and interfaces with a menu listing meant to represent a menu at Sisko’s Creole Kitchen in New Orleans, Louisiana on Earth. The item reads ‘Shrimp Remoulade: Tender gul prawns with a tangy dipping sauce of mustard, capers, shallots and onions.’ The item appears on screen just prior to the blackout which sets into motion a chain of events nearly leading to military coup de tat by Starfleet of the Federation. The item measures approx. 6.25 X 5.5 inches and is inverted L-shaped.
