STAR TREK: DS9 “SECTION 31 MANACLES” FROM “INQUISITION”

A set of silver colored metal manacles featured in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “Inquisition” during scenes in which “Dr. Bashir” (Alexander Siddig) was taken to the security office. The item is two metal rings affixed to a centered post that features a pair of spring loaded restraints mounted within the post. The restraints push out into a position that keeps the wearer’s wrists in place, but are easily removed due to the lightness of the springs. The manacles measure approx. 12 X 4 X 1.5 inches and feature multi-colored applications, foam padding for ease of wear, and a slight degree of rubbing on the centered post.
