STAR TREK: DS9 “JADZIA DAX STARFLEET UNIFORM””

A Starfleet uniform jumpsuit featured in multiple episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine for wear by Terry Farrell in her performance as “Jadzia Dax”. The costume is a black form fitting jumpsuit with gray quilted shoulders and sciences blue division strips on the sleeve cuffs, with ‘away team’ gear loops sewn into the waist, and a sleeveless blue sciences division undershirt with a zip front and negligee. Both garments feature sewn in Deep Space Nine tags reading ‘Terry Farrell’ and the costumer’s tags read ‘DS9 Dax’, one reads ‘Terry Farrell’ and is stamped ‘DS9’.
