The item is a black plastic lounger with Velcro placements for affixing included topaz colored pads. The item stands on a firm base. A chair like this appeared in the episode “Homefront” during a preparedness drill for Changeling infiltration in which “Odo” (Rene Auberjonois) pretended to be the pads on the chair.
