| STAR TREK: DS9 “BAJORAN VEDEK COSTUME” | |||
| A costume similar to those featured throughout the entire Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series. This costume is that of a Bajoran Vedek, the Vedeks populate the Vedek Assembly, the governing body of Bajoran religion and seemingly about the same as a Catholic cardinal and is similar to the one that “Vedek Ossan” wore in the episode “Resurrection”; it consists of a long-sleeved, full-length, rust-colored over robe, a sleeveless, brown under robe with matching trousers, a plain, wide belt and cowl of the same color and fabric as the over robe, and an elaborate sash that goes over the shoulder that features a multi-colored, slightly metallic, reflective, floral brocade. Multiple sewn in tags denote that different aspects were worn by different actors but the name John Towey appears more than once; all articles were located together and a costumer's tag reads merely ‘DS9, Bajoran Monk’. | |||
