STAR TREK: DS9 “KUDAK'ETAN JEM'HADAR COSTUME” FROM “ONE LITTLE SHIP”
A costume similar to those featured throughout most of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine but specifically from the episode “One Little Ship”; wherein the runabout Rubicon is shrunk considerably by a subspace compression anomaly and use this advantage to help “Captain Sisko” (Avery Brooks) to retake the ship for the invading Jem’Hadar. This costume consists of a sleeveless, full-length, jumpsuit with the top half a black, spandex-like material, the bottom being neoprene over a gray fabric with a tiny, textured, checkerboard pattern and featuring a matching faux suede fabric in a starburst pattern down the middle and extended stirrups for the feet. A distressed jacket in the same faux suede and checked pattern as the lower-half of the jumpsuit, a torn collar, a pocket that is supposed to go on the right leg but is detached, a molded-rubber belt and harness featuring further rubber accents and a vague, textured “X” pattern; multiple loose costume accessories with rubber, resin, or metal components and some with Velcro placements, knee-high, black, leather boots in a matching motif with the belt/harness and in a corresponding color to the rest of the costume. With this costume comes the Jem’Hadar melee weapon, a prop Kar’takin, it is a short, wooden pole-arm type weapon with a weighted metal-colored end, the blade is molded plastic on a metal frame, is long, vaguely triangular, straight edged to a point and made for stabbing and slashing in battle. Sewn in tags denote use by Scott Thompson Baker amongst several others.
