This item is a rust-colored, soft foam “transporter device” featuring gray accents in the middle, clear plastic ‘dots’ along the sides, a Velcro patch on the back angled to attach to a shoulder, and a button on the top that activates a single, steady, red light powered by an unknown source inside.
