| STAR TREK “LCARS DISPLAY AND MONITOR FRAME SET DRESSING” | |||
| A piece of set dressing similar to those featured in various episodes of Star Trek episodic television and feature films. This item is a large LCARS (Library Computer Access and Retrieval System) panel consisting of a piece of smoked acrylic with silver-colored detail on the front, a graphical application on the reverse featuring numerous, multicolored ‘readouts’ and ‘buttons’ labeled with numerical values; other labels on the graphic read ‘Subspace Field Geometry’, ‘Intertial Dampeners’, ‘Plasma Injectors’, ‘Warp Coils’ and other prime bits of ‘treknobabble’. Other areas feature banks of numerical values or barred gauges. There is a large area of clear acrylic on the right side where an actual monitor would be placed and clear plastic film over the back to protect the graphical application. This item has very minor damage to the silver detail; a smudge near the bottom-right corner, the added, protective film on the back is coming loose but is an excellent piece nonetheless. The item measures approx. 41 X 19 inches. | |||
