There are several small holes made in the surface of the item most likely for hanging and one larger hole in the middle. The item measures approx. 27 X 21 inches.

This costume is an adaptation of the normal Starfleet uniform that it consists of a blue-gray, long-sleeved, undershirt sewn directly onto black uniform trousers but still including the hoops at the waist for ‘away team gear’ or whatever is required; there is a placement on the right side of the collar for a provisional rank to be attached but there is no Velcro placement for a commbadge. A sewn in Voyager tag reads ‘Roxann Dawson’. This episode was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Costumes in a Series.
